Today the Solar Smiles team is sending out a huge thank you to Dr Fady Ghaly from Arncliffe Dental in Sydney who just donated a fully functioning autoclave. This is normally well above our financial means and dreams. In Maubisse we use pressure cookers to sterilise our instruments.
Having this autoclave at our base apartment in Maubisse brings us one step closer to being able to deliver Australian quality dentistry and standards for our project in these remote areas.
Can't wait to put it into use.
